Fannie Mae is changing the AMOUNTS for jumbo mortgages, they have nothing to do with rates. The new amounts are already in effect but the banks and lenders have not implemented them yet, supposedly on Monday we will have a listing of all the new guidelines and restrictions that will go hand in hand with the new limits.
