Default Good morning from the REPUBLIC OF CALIFORNIA

I received my manual yesterday and I am in process of doing first reading so I don't qualify as expert but from a quick read IT'S A BARGAIN!

It covers L M strategies, Ways to Avoid, Foreclosure Time Tables, Good and Bad Excuses, Insured Lenders, Getting Paid, Marketing, Working With Client, Contracts, Steps to Follow etc. (I skipped over many other subject)

I am experienced in real estate sales, investment buy and resale for my own account and have been suckered by several so called real estate gurus and paid a lot more for a lot less. If you are like me and waited for news, it's the real thing.

P. S. Administration did not ask me for this comment.

Hi Foster,

I received my copy last week and have not had a chance to dig in yet. I thumbed through so far and there does seem to be quite a bit of good content. After tomorrow, I should be able to get to reading. This so called "mini refi boom" has kept me very busy for the past 10 days...thank goodness.

Nice to see you. Call me again and we'll chat some more.

Becca

Default Loss Mitigation Course

I will have the new forum up hopefully this weekend a will start will investor rules based on previous workouts. I am looking forward to working with you. Last night I made a proposal and will give it to you if you bought your manual. Sales prior to 02/01/08 will receive 5 free hot leads, they may not be in your area but no matter you will have an opportunity to work on your skills. We are also looking for potential loss mitigators to assist when we are overloaded. Our requirement is purchasing the manual. More cool stuff coming.

Thanks for the kind words
