Wink Stick To It... Be Patient

Ok guys, sooo, I have been just as anxious as the rest to get the manual, we should all hang tight and do our best to jot down our questions as they arise and post them here to get an answer - I have some really good insight from an attorney here in my area that has said to me- DO NOT GIVE THIS UP! THESE LENDERS DO NOT WANT THE HOMES / REAL ESTATE!!!! THEY CAN'T AFFORD IT EITHER! he is an attorney that handles the filing of foreclosures for banks... his insight is invaluable right now - just stick it out and don't give up - they need our help! be tough, and just keep asking more and more questions, everyone is beginning - nothing is stupid - we are all here to learn from everyone, everyone has a bit of knowledge that someone else does not know! participation is key, and don't be afraid to ask. - just ask 877, I am a pro at being "blond". I ask anything - but that is the only way I am going to learn. Good luck to everyone - and I hope we all hang in there together!!!

Good advice. I too believe there is a need for this service. My attorney is as well, though he is looking forward to the days of manyREOs and the banks dumping groups of properties as a whole like they did years ago. I'll be there or that as well.

Default Loss Mitigation Questions

That is perfect been asking all along keep posting questions and we will help. If you see some questionable advice flag the post and I will do my best to be sure it is good insight or stuff you see on other unmanaged sights. There is a flagging tool on the top right of any thread, just flag. This is a great management tool and you guys can help me keep the sight clean and spammers out. Are you game for assisting? Also if you are getting unsolicited offers via PM let me know so I can keep the site clean and keep offering answers.

I appreciate all of you and look forward to helping.

Default Stick It Out & recommended reading?

I am with you guys all the way here,

Jodee,
I am pro @ being blonde also. Just read some of my crazy long posts. Forgive me guys for writing volumes.

I hear ya man and I will report the posts to you as well if anything seems suspicious or should be maybe cleaned up by posting in a different area etc.

The rest of you guys I believe this 100% that the banks do not want tthe properties back. It's all I have been reading about lately in Mortgage Banker magazine. All of the articles have been about DEFAULT MANAGEMENT. And they are really sharpening the saw on this one.

I haven't posted as much lately but I am getting back into it again I hope on these nights that I can't sleep. I look forward to learning from you guys a ton and hope I can provide a little insight along the way. Thanks again for letting therapize my thoughts on your forum and for you guys professional manner in regards to negotiating.

By the way does anyone know of any "must have" reading resources on negotiating and problem solving that every sales person should have.
We could start a list in another area if you like but let me know of you guys opinion of the "Holy Grail" Essential to negotiating (so to speak) educational resource.

No 877YouKeep you cannot pitch your manual here in response " we are already sold so don'y bother HEHEHEHEHE

Thanks
Gonetodocs

I know this is getting old and I am trying my best to be patient, but are there any updates on the release of the maual. I am 6 months pregnant and am obviously under time constraints. I would really like to get everything worked out prior to the birth of my baby. Thanks again for all of the informative posts.
