Default Locating Absentee Homeowners

Besides using white pages online or something like that, what do you use to locate these people?

Default ? not sure if this helps.... but

I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about - but I am assuming that you already have the addy or so.... try anywho.com, or infospace - if they are "listed" in the phone book, the number will appear... again - not sure if that is what you meant.... but hope it helps

Default I just re-read your post....

ok - I just re-read the post - you obviously are wondering how to research these as well.... and how to locate the absentee homeowners -homeowners that have vacated property? I wouldn't think they matter then if they have vacated premises since according to the lender that is almost same as deed in lieu of foreclosure.... or permissing foreclosure....I think the lender would be the party to contact.... do you have the lender name? that will be available at the county courthouse, as would the original borrower.... am I just babbling & leading in wrong directions?...... just knock me in the head now...

Default Locating Owners

I have had real good luck hiring skip tracers. You should try that if there is no other way to find them. A skip tracer will give you current address, current relatives address and a bunch more information if you pay for it. hope that helps
