Default You ask, "What is that worth to you?"

Hello 877

In your earlier post, "American Loss Mitigation Consortium", you ask, "What is that worth to you?"

With all good intention for your success with the "Manual" program may I offer my answer?

First, your manual completed and mailed to me is MOST important to me! Everything else happens after I put your teachings to work. Do I need a web site, private forum, templates, etc? I may but I don't know until after I have had time to practice your teachings. I may then want your tailored web site or I may choose to compose my own web site. So, you see, the manual comes first, well ahead of all else.

I commend you for your work to make the manual the best available and thank you. Try as you may there is bound to be errors and if so, I think it is a privilege to work though them with you. Please concentrate on getting the manual out to us and then spend time on a website, private forum, templates, etc. Some of your members may be drifting away while waiting for your manual.

Your idea of a private forum just for subscriber is great. A place to share and discuss just loss mitigation ideas and problems.

In the mean time I must move on to developing my plan and forms until your manual is available. I hope not to make to many mistakes. The market [families in foreclosure] needs more skilled help NOW!

Thank you for this opportunity to express my thoughts.

P.S. For all of you other members, NOW is the time to chime in RIGHT HERE!

I just got a Modification approval today from Litton:

Details:

1st Mortgage was in default (foreclosure) 8.925 % Adjustable Rate - payment $ 1,430.13
2nd mortgage behind but not in foreclosure 12.45% Fixed - payment $ 530.07

Just received docs from closer at Litton terms:

1st Mortgage rate dropped to 7.125 % Fixed yes Fixed - Payment $ 1,377.01
2nd Mortgage rate dropped to 8.1 % Fixed - Payment $ 491.00
Capitalized about $ 15,000.00
First payment 12/01/07
Contribution - $ 500.00 for first and $ 250.00 for second

Will show to anyone that wants to see an approved Mod from Litton Loan Services minus homeowners information.
Very Happy Homeowner singing our praises

Approval time about 2.5 months - Too long

this is a true story and an example of what we will share in our private forum. Ans hope that you as subscribers will share also, free to Manual Purchasers

as a non member you will not be able to read posts and this site is going to be hardcore Loss Mitigation not Loans, I Buy Houses... although there will be some discussion around Short Sales.

Definitely would love to see that mod paperwork. Count me in. Thanks

Great job by the way and these examples are really inspiring to us here on the forums. I am sure I speak for everyone here when I say that we are celebrating your success on this and look forward to posting our own mods here for everyone to learn from.

Thanks again for this help.
Sincerely,
Gonetodocs
