Default Phoenix foreclosure help

I have worked many cases in Phoenix and have been successful. Our manual will cover running your loss mitigation business that mirrors actual lenders including an idea of pay. We will explain how to set up run and responsibilities. We know how they are set up because we actually worked there and still have contacts inside.

This site is a great source of info. I've been researching for two months (I never go into anything until I'm prepared) and since finding this site this past week I am more hopeful that I will actually have the resources I need to be successful. I am really anxious to get my hands on your manual. When are you projecting that it will be ready?

Default Help with Loss Mitigation

Thanks for the compliment, we are actually loss mitigators so that is the difference. We had hoped to release on 11/01 and were not able to deliver, so I do not want to promise but we are really working on it and will definitely announce once available.

Most of the training that I have had is for short sales, which I pretty much have a handle on. But I've had trouble puting together everything that I need to negotiate options other than a short sale. I have been piecing things together from different sources, but I still don't feel comfortable taking someone's life into my hands.

Default Title in Phoenix

Tell us a little about your simultaneous issue? Can a buyer doing a simultaneous close come to the table with no money? Do you give discounts on a simultaneous issue? Do you understand trusts and can you close them? Who is your underwriter?

Please clarify,
Do you mean a buyer that is also selling the property @ the same closing like a flip? What do you mean by simultaneous exactly?

Thanks Gonetodocs
