Default Need your Help

Hi Folks

I need help in developing an agreement form to represent home owners, as their loss mitigator.

Can you share with me the agreement form you use and I'll build one for my use?
Thanks for all suggestions

Can you PM me just your "working agreement" and I'll share with you any modifications I make to comply to CA? If not, I understand. Business is business.

Default Loss Mitigation Working Agreement

We will include the working agreement in our loss mitigation manual. Sorry for our delay but
we want to be sure it is complete and the best available. Working daily and modifying with the changes in the industry. There are manual available but the ones I have seen and I have seen many are full of fluff, 20 pt font and 2 paragraphs per page.

Default We won't be offended

You know 877,

We would not be offended if you released the manual as it is now and then as each update is completed you could just email to us the new pages and we could replace the old pages with the new pages to keep us uptodate. In fact we expect it to be rather large and by the time you get new updates ready we could have the previous material read and be on top of things and really ready for the updates.

Bottom line is it's not just for us but the homeowners are screaming for help and many of them just can't wait on the manual. I mean we are already moving forward as if you haven't figured that out already however; If you get it to us now we still might make a few mistakes but we will anyway with or without it which is all part of becoming better by learning from those mistakes. With it's release it could really allow us to jump right in and help people.

It is not your responsibility if we make mistakes and a legal disclaimer up front in the manual might be able to absolve you of any litigation concerns of an incomplete manual if you feel it is for that reason alone that you haven't been able to release what you have so far.

Let us know what you think hopefully this will help speed it's greatly anticipated release. I have to imagine it is at least 30-40% finished and in a somewhat releasable format as is since the release date has come and gone in November.

Sincerely,
Bated Breath
