Hey Folks,

What Is Your Experience W/ Doing Modifications W/ Homeq. I Was Told That My Client's Loan Is Not Under The Obama Plan (investor Not Particiating).

They Asked Us To Do Financials Over The Phone. Though We Have A Software Program That Can Generate A Proposal To Them And Be Faxed Over In Minutes. We've Been Doing Loan Mods For A While (since 2004) I've Even Worked For A Major Servicer In The Passed. But I Want To Know The Best Way To Start W/ This Homeq File.

Do I Need To Do The Financials Over The Phone Or Should I Just Fax In All The Paperwork To Get This Started.
