I lost my job last September because of the economic slowdown and we haven\'t really been able to get on our feet since then. I recently had to have a pacemaker for my heart and am not able to look for a job yet. We have tried to get Litton Loan Serv. to help us to get a loan modification but all they say is that we have to wait until our ARM resets. We are retired and I receive Social Security in the amount of 1301,83 a month and a small pension of 634.00. I do plan to get another job as soon as I am well.
