I was having trouble getting a person at ASC (big shock). I just called the attorney representing the bank and said that I needed bank contact information, as the borrower could not locate it. (I already had Authorization into atty for payoff statement) The nice lady at the Atty's office promptly gave me the direct phone number of the bank rep. that was handling the account. WOW.
