Angry Countrywide

I have a countrywide option arm and a heloc. I wrote a hardship letter to countrywide explaining our income loss situation and the neg am. After waiting for a month with some hope. The workout person had my file for 1 day and told me to sell or rent out my house
I live in MI Fat chance of that . We are not late for now but in a few months our income is changing for the worst. Since we had this loan the balance has increased by 10,000 and the heloc is the same (not less). The broker who put us in it was a greedy sob

Talking : Countrywide Loan Modification There is Hope

877,
I am an LO looking for the same experiences w/ CW as well (for many clients) so as to workout loan mods also. And hopefully go for a short payoff in the process (ambitious yes)
I have had some success this past week w/ a girl named Crenesia Gayle in regards to collecting accurate finacial data and qreat callback service.
I could go on but when I get to my file I,'ll post her contact info. Not a decision maker but is solid so far as someone to hold somewhat accountable. I'lll post tomorrow on this. Thanks for your patience in advance.

Default applying for a small business loan

I am a 32 years old woman and I am interested in starting a restaurant business but I don’t have enough money for that. So I am looking for in applying for a small business loan or some type of business grant to help get me started. I was thinking there were specific grants/loans geared toward women interested in starting their own business. Any suggestions will be great appreciated.
