this borrower has been a big problem with the lender, had many conversations and promises to get docs back and never delivers. This is going to be a tougher case but I accepted for experience... with an upset lender and a borrower that has lied. Will report outcome, borrower has $2,800.00 in surplus and almost nothing in contribution
