Realized that we ha submitted paperwork with too much surplus, so as I began my script, will be selling soon. I explained the financial information he was looking at was incorrect and I would call back with more updated info. The financial ha borrower with surplus of $800, not looking for repay so we have now got financial info down to $320 surplus more workable and bank statements support our claim.
