My main problem is I had a interest only loan with no escrow now I was backed up on my taxes 2007 and then the bank paid them.Now whats happening is they tell me by law they have to charge me escrow and I was planning to pay the tax debt on Dec 08.Now I have an additional escrow payment from which I use to pay $9,223.96 interest a month now they are charging me $6,824.44 a month for escrow. They tell me that is due to my $28,899.95 delinquent tax for 2007 plus 2008 taxes which are not due yet and next years taxes. I have tried to talk to them and they are no help. I faxed them over for a loan modification on my interest and they told me to get a part time job. I am builder and due to the economy I have had a great decrease in my salary. I want to stay current with my mortgage but I need some help. Please send me info on what you're suggestion on what could be done. Homecoming Financial is foreclosing
