my house was gonna be foreclosed about 6months ago. I owed them 14,000 so I gave them a check for 10000 and made payment arrangements. I was to make 6 payments of 1600. I only made 2. I would have been done on Dec 1st if i completed it. Now they are not giving me credit for the 13200 i've already paid and they say i owe the 14000 plus Sept to present I fell behind originally because of legal problems. The reason i only made 2 of the 6 payments is because to make those payment arrangements i had to get rid of my car, when i did that i was late 1 to many time and lost my job. My situation has changed i could make my original mortgage that was only 900 now but i'm out of money. I need some help, maybe a loan modification with Homecomings, can you help?

I suggest to negotiate with them and ask help for the company who knows everything about this.
