Real estate agent told me house does not qualify...
...for mshda mortgage? I found a house that I really like and it is approved through fannie mae homepath. I qualified for and mshda mortgage. The selling agent of the house is now trying to tell me that the property does not qualify for mshda financing. I dont really understand this, I was told mshda is a grant from the state givent to cover closing costs... does this make sense to anyon else?
