...company came by what could this mean? We only owe for January and havent made this payment yet were hoping to get our taxes filed this weekend and get our taxes back and make a few payments to get us ahead, I have tried to call the mortgage company but they will only talk to my hubby and hes swamped at work right now and doesnt have time to call til he gets off and then they are closed. we were behind and almost in foreclosure back in oct 2011 but we got all payments made and they told us foreclosure had stopped since we were current. so does this mean they didnt stop it?If it werent for the money we got from first time home buyers we would have walked, we can afford the house payment. problem is we got screwed when we bought the house. 2 months after buying the wall caved in in the basement had to be replaced, now we find our wiring is bad have already had one fire and had to do that now trying to get the whole house rewired. so everytime we turn around its something! The drain pipe to the basement was stopped up the pipes were busted and could use washing machine and we have had to fix so much it makes making payments tough when u keep having to fix something major all the time and its stuff the inspector should have told us before we bought the house!
