Do you get the remaining balance of a
pre-approved mortgage if the house is less than the approved amount? If you are pre-approved for a $150,000.00 mortgage but the house you buy only costs $125,000.00, do you still get the remaining $25,000 (for repairs to the new house, furniture, etc).
