Default Mortgage help! please?

HI everyone.....looking to see if anyone can help out with this, I am hoping to buy a home in the next few months. I have a 660-670 credit score. and I make a little over 110,000 a year. my problem is this. I have worked for my company for almost 5 years. I just recently (a little over a year ago) started earning this salary. before that my salary was extremely low. I am a little worried about turing in my w2's and then being denied a loan because ive only had this income for a short period of time. Will this affect me purchasing a home? or is it more of a lenders decision?thank you for all your replies....i have fixed everything on my credit I can. I only have a short credit history and that a one 130+day delinquency is whats hurting me now. the negative bill has been paid but obviously is still negative. Will they use my new income to approve me or my old income?I know my rate will be higher but as of right now moving and buying are a must. As for a deposit I have $30,000.

They will use your total employment time with the company you are in. Although your credit score is a little low that is what I would worry about ...

Not sure what country you are in or when your tax year runs from but I reckon if you can provide as many most recent wage slips as you can then it will show you are now earning what you say you are. Good luck.
