Default is a mortgage loan "guarantor" the same as a loan...

..."originator"? if they're not one and the same, then how do i find out who the loan guarantor is? I've looked through my mortgage loan records and there are no mentions of a "guarantor" anywhere but there is mention of a loan "originator." Anyone who can clarify this for me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can take mortgage place by using loan but not vice versa. Loan guarantor is different than mortgage guarantee. If someone take advice and give you house on mortgage than it’s mortgage guarantor and loan is different terms which include some legal matters.
