Default How long does a judgment stay against your name for...

...defaulting on a Mortgage Bond in South Africa? When the bank has taken legal action against you for defaulting on payment of your bond and they then are granted a default judgment or summary judgment. I know judgments in general stay on your name for 5 years but i have heard that a judgment for a mortgage bond stays for 25 or 30 years. Is this true?
