Deferring 2 mos mortgage payments?
I always paid on time for over 13 yrs. now. I just need a couple mos. to get caught up. Do banks defer 1 or 2 mos. payments if they know ahead of time you can't make payments & then just add those 1 or 2 to the end of the loan. OR do they let you get caught up by paying a little extra after you don't make that 1 or 2 payment by adding more onto the payment as your catching up?
