on any type of house I want? I make your average joe salary of about 35 grand a year, but I am sick of renting. I want to buy a huge mansion in a major city. If I make 35 grand a year, can I take out a mortgage on a house with more than 9 bedrooms in a major city and be able to pay for it?Well my plan was to rent out parts of the house to my friends and their partners. If I get a legal document that proves that I will have renters will they approve a mortgage?
