I was approve for a new mortgage along with my

existing morgtage on my older home. How soon can i refinance? They approved me for a mortgage with my existing home, I want to refinance my old home once closing is finished. How long should i wait? should i go with the lender who finance my new home or go with a new lender. I only owe 14000.00. Selling is not an option right now because of the market.
