Default Is it possible to get approved for a $95,000...
...mortgage on a $30,000 salary? I'm interested in buying a home the one I want is $95,000. My salary is only $30,000 a year I've been with my job now for 5yrs and the one before that for 8yrs. I have $7,000 saved for a down payment and I just want to know if it's even possible before I apply for a loan. Also anyone have a clue what the approx. monthly payment would be my credit score is fair but not great! Thanks in advance for the answers!!
