Would mortgage companies rather see more money in the...
...bank or lower balance credit cards? I have a $2,500 credit card that is nearly maxed out other than me paying the minimum balance every month. I am saving for a down payment on a house, so I haven't been paying down the card. Which would be better in the eyes of a lender? A. $12,500 in savings and a nearly maxed out card or B. 10,000 in savings and a zero balance credit card?Thanks!
