Default How do I know if my mortgage is part of the

BOA Lawsuit? I was foreclosed on by BOFA last year. I was trying to get a loan modification after loosing my business. The whole time I was going thru the loan mod, the bank told me NOT to pay my mortgage. It took about 12 months. Then one day a lady comes to my door and says that she is part of the "making homes affordable plan thru BOFA and wanted to let me know that everything is going to be ok and that I was enrolled in the program. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I read in the paper that the bank auctioned off my house with out telling and we needed to move out asap. I had a newborn at the time. Devistating. About a year later I received a notice in the mail that BOFA was being sued and I was part of the lawsuit. I filled out all the paper work and mailed it back in. I also went to the website on the form and filled there as well. I never heard back and I wanted to know who to contact about this matter? Anyone know? I would really like some help. Thank you!
