...am planning to buy a house next year? and would like to start getting some information about down payment, interest, ..... I am going to Schools First Credit Union to talk to a mortgage specialist. I have been with them for a long time with excellent relationship. I am taking my most recent credit report with me which shows that my credit score is 796 and all other information about my credit history. What are the most important questions I should ask the mortgage specialist? Thank you
