Default Can a Mortgage Leander give a loan with out all...

...home owners on the loan? I have two loans on my house. The question I have is, can Bank of America give me a loan for my first and not add my wife to the loan? She is on title as an owner. the next question is, can Wells Fargo give my father a loan a loan on the house as a 2nd and not have my wife or I on the loan? My father is the third owner of the house. We currently have loans in this manor on the house and I have be told to question these loans by our real estate agent.Thank you for the inputI understand getting the other owners to sign as deed holders, but how does this ok mortgage holders to not talk with the other deed owners? My agent who has been in real estate for over 15 years has told me he has never seen a bank give a loan for just one of the deed holders and not report the other deed owners or have access to the loan information from the banks.
