who works in a mortgage detpartment that
can answer? This is the THIRD month I have not been able to pay my mortgage to u.s. bank. I got a letter to fill out what my expenses are ETC. Will it help me if i explain I have people living with me that won't leave ( I have to pay for and file and eviction) , I have had health and mental issues, stuff like that? Will they make arrangements with me? they say I have to pay 1500.00 by the end of the month but I can't do that. PS I have lived there 3 years and never even been late b4 this .

By all means. Call your mortgage lender. Talk to someone. Don't email or snail mail, call. The bank will probably be willing to work with you, they don't want your house. They are a bank, not a realtor. They have enough forclosure problems that they should be willing to work something out with you. But, YOU have to call them, they won't call you.
