Does anyone know if sex offenders have any problems getting a mortgage? I know that most places will not rent to them, but do they also discriminate against them when buying a house?
There are no laws that states that a sex offender can't get a mortgage if he qualifies for one.Neighbors, however, might use threats and other scare tactics to prevent him from moving into their neighborhood.
