Im trying to apply for a mortgage?
I have good credit but bad debt to income and my boyfriend has bad credit from a recent divorce but a good source of income. He has nothing in his name but an apartment no credit cards' ect. Do you think we can get approved for a 60k home.

it's a bad time to buy, but if you get approved your interest will probably be high, you should clean up what you can on the credit reports.
