I am also looking at their product. They sound very convincing and I cannot find anything negative about them. The only draw back to their program is that they want you to pay for their services up front even though they say it will be for 10 years. If this is a ten year program, why can't I spread the payment over say 5 years? What if I pay them $8000 and they decide to close up shop in the next two or three years?

Default Ill Bet

Any amount of money you want to that all their "revolutionary" new product is, is a repackaged version of United First Financial's MMA scam. Every single one of them (there are like 50) claims to be the 'original' that came from either New Zealand, Hawaii, Austrailia or Britain. Either way, if you MUST believe in this junk, there are far less expensive versions out there than 8K. United First I think is like $3,500. Its all a crock. Theres a guy in California that sells it for like 700 bucks. Ill try and find his site and post back here.

Also interestingly enough after looking through all their other products, they look amazingly similar to another company that happens to also be from Orem, Ut that has been around for 18 years.

Hey Don,

Yeah Ive been reading your posts about the manual and Im excited to read it. Things have been going great here in Utah. It feels good to be back in the game, I really have my head around where I want to go and how to make a difference this time around. We are just bewildering the investors as they cant figure out how to compete with free.

We are getting a tremendous response and are already at capacity, and have only just started a little bit of advertising. The faucet was only turned onto a trickle and we are swimming in it. Once we fine tune our systems, it should be shortly before we can start adding in more staff and be able to run at maximum capacity.

Recently got some great short sales done, one with EMC and one with HSBC. Working on several right now with EMC and IndyMac.

Hope all is well in FL.

Yep, talked with FFI and the CEO of this company worked for them, left and created a near exact replica. Even admits as much.

Thumbs down Re: has anyone out there signed up with no more mortgage?

We did, unfortunately. Very mixed experience that did us no good at all.

It took them four months to send the promised instructional materials, and one of the three CDs refused to play. Worse, our finanical circumstances took a major turn for the worse in the months after we signed up (job loss, major medical crisis), rendering the whole thing useless to us because we no longer had the means to participate. They were nice to us about it, and they seem to have dismissed us from the program with only the $700 deposit out of pocket. But I am including them in bankruptcy and have asked for our money back in exchange for their materials.

I will say this for them: The instructional materials they provide are excellent, and have a lot of good content (bad CD or not!). And, their personnel were very polite and supportive during our crises. But their system of registers was useless to us, and I found it easier to set up a modified version of it so that I wouldn't be coughing up money for more of their publications every couple of months.

All in all, I would guardedly recommend them - to anyone who knows for fact that the sunshine-and-roses, nothing-will-ever-go-wrong-if-you-sign-up scenario they tout is guaranteed.
