if i put someones name on the title of my home
will they get the house if i died and still owe a mortgage? i want to add my friends name to my title of my home so she can get the house if i died. i don't want her to go through probate i just want her to get the house and continue any mortgage payments left on iti don't think some people on here know what there talking about? one person said i can't add a name to the title w/o refinancing the loan which is false! that"s if i want my friend on the loan, i could put 50 names on the title...i am in r.i
