Default How to record the discharge of a mortgage at County

Deeds office? I just paid off my second mortgage and my bank has sent me a discharge of mortgage document along with a check and envelopes. They are asking me to mail these to the Worcester Country Registry of Deeds in Massachusetts. I still have a first mortgage that I have been paying in time and everything else is just fine.1. Should I just go to the county office (just half hour drive) and do it in person to make sure they do not get lost in the mail?2. Do I need an attorney to do it or can I just do it myself?
