House being rented but has a mortgage?
My grandad had a house that he gave up for my mum n dad to live in when they needed somewhere he told them it was left to me and my brother for when we were older my mum then put all the documents in my dad's name because she thought he would do the best for us ...He has now stuck a mortgage on the house and is renting it out to someone?How can i get it cause i now want to rent it/buy it and move out?
