...assistance program? through the new obama plans? making homes affordable/HHF-hardest hit fund/keep your home california? i am researching it and i think we qualify. going to have my husband call a HUD cert councelor when he gets home...to check eligibility. i just wondered if your eligible, will my lender wells fargo go with that, we asked for a loan mod due to financial harship. and have all the docs to back it up. FHA and HUD require that they work with us for a work out...when possible/eligible. i just wonder whos going to MAKE them. lol. they have taken their sweet time so far, and were at risk of foreclosure selling the home before wells approves a mod. ive been pondering getting an attorney. because at wells the loss mitigation doesnt necessarily have anything to do with teh foreclosure dept...and im scared theyre going to stall and make me loose the home =/ any advise? we also qualify (since were FHA, for partial claim) which is similar to MRAP, but you pay it back when your 1st mortgage is paid in full. luckily its only 4k we need....so thats not too bad. we just cant come up with it! husband lost job, and now has new one, can pay mortgage, we had a hardship in between. thanks!
