married for 14yrs, we bought a home in 2009...
...but the mortgage & deed are in my hubbys name.? I wasn't workin at the time, i was expecting our 5th child. I took out all my 401k & pension as part of the down payment.Still receiving unemployment every wk. i was wondering if i have any rights to our home in the case of a divorce or if he were to god forbid pass away. thank youPS were are in new york state queens
