I'm at the last stages of my mortgage loan, my appraisal got ordered last week. i did all my conditions that were required. i was told they have to re pull my credit, which isn't a problem. I close on the 15th of April. I was told Friday that it wasn't a good idea to re pull my credit right now. My credit was pulled once before to get approved for the loan, there saying i might have to wait another month. My scores except for one is above 620 and I only have a 1%depth to income ration.Like i said i have no problem with them re-pulling my credit, i want them to so i can close on time. There the ones refusing to pull it.yeah i know about that i was already warned about doing that. But there the ones who told me to pay off my credit cards to zero and I only have two. I only have the cards to keep establishing good credit. My finances are not an issue. The house is 185 and I can actually pay more than half of the home and I'm going through VA. I just think I'm being shafted some how.
