I have a question about mortgage co-signers?

I have a credit score of around 700, but my income isn't verifiable. My mother has a score of around 579 with a verifiable income of 50,000. My stepfather has a score of 677 with 45,000 verifiable income. Will they be able to cosign for me for a 70,000 home loan (with 10%, or 7000) down-payment? They own their home with a 50,000 2nd mortgage and alot of equity.
