where can i find a good live transfer mortgage...
...lead generation company? I have experienced issues with finding a decent mortgage lead company that delivers live transfer mortgage leads. Does anyone know of a good reputable company?

We've use mortgageleads4less.com for years. They have been in business for over 10 years, in the USA, and the are not one of those fly by night companies overseas. Overthe past 5 years we have had a few delivery issues when they get real busy, the have some grat promotions and they sometimes over book, but they always make up for it by sending extra leads. Our close ratio has been consistant, about 8-12% wit the live transfer mortgage leads, we do mostly FHA. This is one company i don't mind referring anyone to. I hope this helps, watch out for any company that charges more than $30 per lead and is located out of the country. goodluck!
