...its underwater by $75000? I lost my job, and we are working on my wife's income. I have went bake to school to try and get my BS because there are no jobs. I have already tried to get a loan modification from chase bank, but they denied us because we have money in savings and have not missed a payment. We are trying to stay away from missing payments and keep taking money out of our savings to do pay our mortgage. The houses current value $250,000 and we currently owe $325,000.
