Applying for a mortgage but my bank account...

...went negative.? I'm in the process of applying for a mortgage. Last month I was careless and drew my bank account into the negatives. Account is back up with plenty of money in it now. Lender is asking to see 2 months worth of bank statements... will I get denied because of that one over-draw in my account?
