When should I apply for a mortgage?
In February I will be paying off all my credit card and car loan debt. I already have good credit but I know this will make it even better. I also know it can take up to 3 months for these changes to hit my credit report. Do I need to wait until April/May to apply for a mortgage or will it not make enough of a difference in my loan? My goal is to be purchasing a house in June.
