not working we couldnt come up with mortgage.? So he went the VA for housing asst. They said they could pay 525.00 and we came up with the rest. Which the bank was fine with. But VA never sent their 525.00. He went back to VA and the guy first him they mailed the check the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When the bank didn't get it we went back to VA to find out why we were told it was processing and they would get it the following Monday. Still no check. We have paperwork showing the housing assistant request was approved. But, still no check. We went back to him last week and he said it was approved and mailed out the bank should have it this past monday. Still no check. Who can I call or what should I do? As the VA who said they would help us still hasn't.
