Lieu of deed and second mortgage?
I asked earlier of lieu of deed and second mortgage. The second is in my husbands name only. I have 10000 i just took out of my retirement for a surgery. i know we have to pay them back but I am afraid to go in and lose it all, The first is willing to pay 1369 on 22,000, Do you think they will still do payments. Should I out my money in my own name in a savings account? Thanks
