On a reverse mortgage, up to what LTV (Loan to value)?
I have a 71 year old client that owes 100k on her current mtg and wants to take out about 70k when her property is worth about $390k. Question is will the lender approve something like this assuming she doesnt want monthly payments coming from rev mtg? Question number 2 is what would be the max LTV for this type of client agaib assuming she doesnt want monthly payments?
