are there any games where you can live in a city...
...and manage mortgages and go to community college? had to ask, i saw this on an early episode of community (and i also happened to notice an xbox 360 in abed's room, so) i was just wondering if there really is a game like that (besides the sims) cause that would actually be pretty fun.

I've got a game on the Xbox 360 called Tropico 3. It is set during the Cold War. You are President of a country and just build it up to a massive empire. But you have to keep your people happy and make either an alliance with the United States or Russia by praising them. It includes lots more and really enjoyable.If it sounds good, then look it up and find out more.
