help!? HI. I may be buying my first house at the beginning of next year. It's actually my cousin's house, but she and her husband are getting a bigger house. I love this house, and have always wanted it, so she offered it to me at 125K. It's worth more than that but it's a "family discount" kind of thing. She and her husband are pretty well off. My question is this: I'm only 21, but my credit (as a far as I know) should be in good standing. Assuming I got the house for this price, can anyone tell me what kind of down payment and monthly payment I would be looking at?
