couldn't afford, or pay an illegal alien's tuition? If you like this idea, you need to get out of your house and vote democrat straight down the ticketPredatory lending...of course because none of it has to do with buying houses that you can't afford. and they don't read a contract on something that will effect the rest of their lives.Straight up, if you want to help them out, set up a charity and donate to them. Don't touch my money.

The banks would be called racists if they didnt give out those loans to people from the hood.

So you know literally nothing about what happened in the mortgage industry for the last five to ten years, and that's the Democrats' fault? Riiiiiiight. Before you congratulate yourself for your political insight, you might want to actually look into predatory mortgage lending and something called "loan application beautification."Edit: I see. So you aren't actually capable of doing research and finding out how badly many borrowers got defrauded. Ok then, never mind.

I prefer that all the houses around mine instead go into forclosure causing the value of mine to plummet, and then be unable to sell for 5-10 years dispite doing nothing wrong. THAT'S A MUCH BETTER SOLUTION!

Gee, I bet lots of people answered "yes" to that one, huh? The problem is, because of Dubya's idiotic economic policies, the guy who couldn't afford the mortgage was allowed to get one anyway and then about eight months later the bottom fell out and this guy's mortgage went up 300%. How exactly is it just or fair that we extended credit to this man only to think better of it and gouge it out from under him?
